Graduates urged to embrace excellence at Nature Nurture School’s valedictory

In a ceremony marked by celebration, reflection, and inspiration, Nature Nurture Group of Schools held its 2025 Valedictory and Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, urging its graduating students to pursue lives of excellence, purpose, and service.

In his keynote address, the Chairman of the Day, Alhaji Abdulhameed Tajudeen-Kamarise, the Aare Musulumi of Oyoland, encouraged the graduands to hold firmly to values of integrity, discipline, and continuous learning.

He described excellence not just as a goal but as a lifestyle that demands consistency and faith.

“The world belongs to those who strive for excellence —not just academically, but in character, spirituality, and service to humanity,” he said.

Also speaking at the event was the Guest Lecturer, Sheikh AbulRasheed Ayegbajeje, the Chief Missioner of Fathul Qorib Society of Nigeria. He delivered a spiritually uplifting lecture that stressed the role of Islamic morals and knowledge as guiding lights for young minds entering a complex world.

“Knowledge without guidance leads to confusion. Combine your certificates with fear of Allah and you will shine wherever you go,” he advised the graduates.

A total of 40 students graduated across both the primary and secondary sections, receiving certificates and recognition for their efforts.

The atmosphere was filled with joy as proud parents, staff, and students celebrated the milestone achievements.

The event, which took place at the school premises in Ori-Awo, Oyo, drew dignitaries from across the town, including traditional leaders, religious scholars, educators, and alumni. Special awards were presented to outstanding students, teachers, and supporting parents who had contributed meaningfully to the school community.

In his welcome address, the Proprietor of Nature Nurture Group of Schools, Imam Daud Imran Igiogun, thanked the guests and reiterated the school’s commitment to nurturing morally upright, intellectually sound, and confident leaders for the future.

“Our mission is not just to educate, but to raise torchbearers – young people who are fearless, focused, and full of faith,” he said.

The event featured Qur’an recitations, drama sketches, cultural performances, and heartfelt valedictory speeches by graduating students, many of whom expressed gratitude to their teachers and parents for their sacrifices and support.

The ceremony ended with special prayers, as families and guests joined in solemn reflection, renewing their intention to uphold the noble tenets enshrined in Nature Nurture School’s mission and vision – values of excellence, faith, discipline, and community service.
