Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo to mark third Foundation Day, hold certificate awards for NCE graduates

Emmanuel Alayande University of Education (EAUED), Oyo, has concluded arrangements to commemorate its 3rd Foundation Day ceremony, which will also feature the award of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) certificates to graduates of the last 20 years from the Erelu and Lanlate Campuses.

The certificate award segment is scheduled for NCE graduands who completed their programmes between 2005 and 2025. The series of anniversary events will be held under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olanrewaju Olaniyan.

According to the Registrar, Mrs Olubunmi Siju’ Asunmo, mnim, fcia, fanc, fanupa, the week-long programme will commence on Friday, December 12, 2025, with a Jumat service. This will be followed by a church service at the University Chapel on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

Activities will continue on Monday, December 15, 2025, with an Alumni Lecture scheduled for 10:00 a.m., an Anniversary Drama at 2:00 p.m., and a cocktail party at 5:00 p.m.

The climax of the celebration will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, with the main 3rd Foundation Day ceremony of the University, during which NCE certificates will be formally awarded, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

All graduands are expected to be seated by 10:00 a.m., while members of the University community and the general public are urged to take note of the event dates and make necessary preparations.
