Lagos reschedules commissioning of health and housing projects in Badagry

The commissioning of the Affordable Housing Scheme and the Maternal and Child Care Centre in Badagry by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been rescheduled owing to some impromptu official assignments.

Governor Sanwo-Olu who was to open a 252 units of two-bedroom bungalows, a 110-bed Maternal and Child Care Centre as well as flag off the reconstruction of Hospital Road in Badagry on Friday, December 11, 2020.

Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy in the state made this disclosure via his Twitter handle on Thursday.

The commissioner did say that due to the strategic importance of Badagry and the aforementioned projects to Mr Governor’s administration, he has decided to personally open the facilities at a date to be announced soon.
