The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi Telu I, has urged youths to be innovative and take more steps to innovation than running after white colar jobs.
He said this while addressing participants from all works of life at the 22nd National Conference of Jama’atu Ta’awunil Muslimeen which has its theme “Toward an Islamic Front for the Nation’s Salvation held at Taawun Group of Schools, Oke Afo, Iwo, Osun State.
Speaking at the conference Oba Abdulrasheed reiterated his readiness to support the Islamic organization while urging participants to be more innovative in their respective endeavours.
“My prayer is to have among you great people to steer the financial wheel of this great Islamic organisation”, he said.
He also said youths should start from the scratch to get to the peak, identify tycoon business men that have made it from innovation ” if we have the likes of Mark Zuckerberg in Taawun, then our financial problem is solved. In fact, Taawun can consume such net worth alone”
Receiving the Royal Majesty, the chief host Sheikh Daood Imran Molaasan expressed his profound gratitude to the King for his support over the years.
