The governor, Gboyega Oyetola said, ” The Council deliberated on different matters of State interest including the re-opening of schools and tertiary institutions.

After deliberations, it was agreed that schools in the State as well as state-owned tertiary institutions should resume academic activities in phases starting from September 21, 2020.
