Coach Amusa Adisa loses daughter

Former Super Eagles goalkeeper’s trainer between 2003 and 2006, Amusa Adisa lost one of his beloved children.

His daughter, Faoziyah Adisa-Adejare today succumbed to the cold hands of death in Ilorin Kwara state, after a brief illness.

According to her husband, Alhaji Shahid Adejare, the proprietor of Al-Ameen Group of Schools, Agbogangan, Oyo, “Alhaja Faoziyah was an obedient wife who loved simplicity, served Allah passionately and returned to Him as a pure Muslimah. May Allah grant her eternal bliss. She will be greatly missed. AlhamduliLlahi!”

At a condolence visit in his Osere residence in Ilorin, coach Adisa was admonished to accept the death of his daughter as “a will of God”, The Creator and Taker of life, taking solace in the fact that Hajia Faoziyah lived a meaningful life.

To all the students of Al-Ameen Group of Schools, Oyo, past and present, their beloved and amiable Principal has gone to meet her Lord.

Alhaja Faoziyah was laid to rest at the Muslim Cemetery, Osere, Ilorin.
