Oyo Development: Barrister Wakil Oyeleru Oyedemi advocates genuine love

By Aisha Waliyulah

Oyo-born Texas Attorney, Oyeleru Oyedemi has advocated genuine love for the growth and development of his hometown.

According to Barrister Oyedemi, celebrating anyone’s downfall because of political rivalry is something he will never encourage in his life.

He said “if you are the kind that does that, please check yourself. You are the reason Oyo is backward because you don’t realize that the downfall of any man is a negative to us all”.

“Political rivalry is a major problem that affects the progress of Oyo. Looking at it, we will realise that it should not be neglected. Neglecting it will be detrimental to the progress we want”.

He further implored that we should all do things in good conscience because a man’s downfall will not turn into good road network, water or any form of progress for Oyo.

News Live Nigeria recalls that Barrister Oyedemi had on October 15 told our correspondent at the 82nd birthday of His Imperial Majesty Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III that his ambition is to represent the good people of Oyo Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Abuja come 2023.

He said, ” my ambition is to become the senator for Oyo Central Senatorial District, and by God’s grace, Iku Baba Yeye has endorsed my candidacy”.

He offered himself for selfless service of the people of the Senatorial District.
