Ranching system to startup in Katsina as PMB releases #6.25billion to the state

Aminu Masari is to receive #6.25billion to establish ranches in Katsina state, as President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the allocation, the President’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Sushi, said in a statement on Friday, 16th July 2021.

In the statement released, Gov. Aminu Masari authenticated the Zobe Regional Water scheme in Dustin-ma, Katsina State, which he said will continue after 29 years of commencement.

Gov. Aminu was thankful to the President for creating avenues for member of the state to have live changing jobs, saying the ranches will kick start with the already disbursed fund received in the state account.

“Mr President has graciously approved the sum of N6.25 billion for ranches development purposes in Katsina State.

“Part of this amount, N5 billion is already in the account of the state government and within few weeks you will see advertisements calling for interested companies and consultants that will participate in the construction”, Aminu confirmed.

Masari mentioned that the needs of the people have been a major concern to the federal government, making regards to the Zobe Regional Water scheme, completed under the collaboration of both federal and state governments, to provide more than 50 million litres of water to communities.

He also used the medium to appreciate Mr president for inaugurating the project, in addition to the 50km Dutsinma-Tsakiya road in Dutsin-ma local council.
