Tinubu arrives Kano for Wednesday rally

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate has arrived Kano for the mother of all rallies on Wednesday.

Tinubu arrived Abuja from Mecca on Monday morning and initially planned to leave for Kano Tuesday afternoon.

But he decided to go even much earlier. He arrived at about 1.a.m today, when most people were already asleep.

Nevertheless, hundreds of party supporters were at the airport to welcome him.

Tinubu has paid more visits to Kano than any other place in Nigeria, since he became the presidential candidate of the ruling party.

He is aiming to sweep the votes in this most populated state in the North west to tread an easy path to victory in the February 25 election.
