BREAKING: Lagos government confirms date for reopening of schools

The Lagos State Government has confirmed that all public and private schools’ resumption day is on Monday January 18, 2021. Tertiary institutions in the state are excluded from this ‘directive’ by the state government.

This will be the start of the second term for the 2020/2021 academic session.

This was announced on Friday, by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo.

The commissioner hinted that this is in line with the Federal Government’s resolution after reaching a consensus with relevant stakeholders.
