Breaking: Sultan announces commencement of Ramadan tomorrow Saturday

The Sultan of Sokoto, and President General, Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, HE Sa’ad Abubakar has announced the commencement of Ramadan 1443 as moon was reportedly sighted at some locations in the country.

Earlier, Nigerian Muslim faithful have been anxiously waiting to hear from Sultan since the announcement by the Saudi Arabia government to commence fasting tomorrow Saturday 2nd April, 2022.

With this declaration, Ramadan 1443 will start inoin Nigeria on Saturday April 2nd, 2022.
