Head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyah, confirmed that the Palestinian resistance forced the Israeli occupation to “push its extremists away from Al-Aqsa Mosque, after the Palestinians had corrupted its imaginary celebrations.”
Haniyah added in a statement to him: We are addressing our people from a position of power because they have the upper hand, and we won when our people said no to the displacement of Sheikh Jarrah.
Haniyah greeted those stationed in the squares of Al-Aqsa Mosque, who forced the occupier and its settlers to retreat.
Head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyah: We are addressing our people from a position of power because they have the upper hand
Haniyah pointed out, “Today there is a new balance of power that started from the squares of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, and the equation linking Gaza with Jerusalem means the equation of resistance with identity.”
He said: The heroes and men of Gaza stood up to break the Israeli plan, and what they are doing is an honor for the people and the nation, as the great Gaza will not be late for Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our people united with all its components and currents in this battle and stood in the trench of defending the sanctities.
The head of the political bureau of Hamas indicated that Gaza, Jerusalem and the Palestinians of 1948 are all moving together in a coherent and integrated canvas in order to confront the occupation, and the Palestinians of the interior are the protective wall of the city of Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque
He stressed that the equation of being singled out by the occupation in Jerusalem and tampering with and permitting it is no longer acceptable to us as a people and resistance.
