As Ondo election is close by, former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has called on the good people of Ondo state to cast their vote for PDP’s candidate, Eyitayo Jegede.

He said, “On Saturday, October 10, I encourage the good people of Ondo to take their destiny in their hands by casting their votes for Eyitayo Jegede, SAN of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

” Ondo state deserves the best. The state of late Chief Adekunle Ajasin and Dr Olusegun Agagu deserves a leader with a peoples-focused agenda.

The Chairman of the PDP Campaign’s Publicity Sub-Committee, Kola Ologbondiyan, in an interview on AIT programme, Kakaki, on Thursday morning, revealed that Governor Akeredolu’s poor governance as well as anti-people policies of denying the people of their rights to health, education and economic benefits, have irredeemably pitched him against voters, Vanguard reports.

However, President Muhammadu Buhari has applauded Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State for his massive developmental projects in the state, saying he deserves to be elected for a second term.
