A successful leap and feat
so divinely comely and neat
by a path misty and thorny to beat
Habeeb advises we hew not cheat
to be liberated, uplifted and complete
and be mindful of the ants that deplete–
the sugary substances and the sweet
that we, by sweat, garnered like athletes
they are ‘frenemies’ who want to just eat
not minding the efforts put into the treat
