Several video footage which surfaced online from members of the public and passersby showed how floods have overtaken properties and businesses in Lagos Island.

An unceasing rain that lasted for more than 7 hours and counting has engulfed properties including cars, businesses, and houses in Marina, Victoria Island, and the Lekki area of Lagos Island.
