Pedophile: 30-year old man forces himself on a minor in Lagos

The magistrate court, has on Friday enforced that one Chukwudi Anyanwu, be remanded at a correctional centre for defiling a minor.

Magistrate O. A Ajibade on Friday the 16th of July declared Chukwudi to be remanded at the correctional centre in Kirikiri, Lagos State, after been accused of defining a 13-year old girl.

The magistrate declined all pleas by the accused, and still told the police to send the filed suit to the Director of public persecution for more insight.

“The case was reported by the victim between January and May against the accused who resides at Animashaun Street, Lagos, at our District police station”, DSP Kehinde Ajayi told the court. “This offence contravened the provisions of Section 137 the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.” she added.

Magistrate Ajibade adjourned the case till 9th of August 2021 for both parties to present their evidences and alibi.
